This is the seventh and final installment of the Throne of Glass series. If you have not read the previous novels, I would not recommend reading this review as it may contain spoilers. The final installment of the Throne of Glass series, Kingdom of Ash exceeded any and all expectations. It was a stunning, thrilling and emotional finale, ending in a gorgeous crescendo that had me breathless.
This is the sixth installment of the Throne of Glass series, and if you have not read the previous novels yet I would recommend not reading this review as it may contain spoilers. I have to admit, I have absolutely loved the Throne of Glass series, however Tower of Dawn is my least favorite installment. That's not to say it wasn't a good book though!
Yet again another amazing book from the Throne of Glass series. This was a heart wrenching, addictive novel that I am so glad to have read. Full of twists and turns, drama and action, this fast paced book was a wild ride. Even at 700 pages, I gobbled up this book within a few days.
I have yet to read a book in this series I didn't love. Sarah J. Maas is amazing at weaving a complex story with intricate character development and introduction. Each story seems to get more elaborate, drawing the reader in. I was so hooked on this book I stayed up late into the night and ended up finishing it in two days because I didn't want to stop reading, and impatiently waited to recieve the next book.
Something that I absolutely adore about this series is how layered it is, and how diverse the world S.J.M. created is. There is a lot of plot twists and unexpected additions in every book thus far, and I feel like that is a mark of an excellent writer.
This book series is absolutely blowing me away. When I reviewed Throne of Glass (which you can find the review of here), I had a million thoughts running through my head. I was lost for words for a good couple of weeks. I wish I was kidding. I figured reviewing the rest of the series would be easier. I was wrong. So very wrong.

This is going to be a longer review than usual because I just have so much to say! Don't worry though, I'll include a quick summary at the end if you want to skip ahead to that instead!
I’m thrilled to have been tagged in the cliche book tag by Teagan (and Jess) at Fiction No Chaser. If you haven’t yet, please go check out their blog. It's full of spunk and sass, and I’m always so impressed with their posts! I’ve been seeing this tag go around, and finally have a reason to do it! Let’s begin.
